* Printing & Packaging Design

* Digital Consulting
* White Label Services
* Website Maintenance & Optimization
* Digital Asset Creation
* Automation & AI Workflow Assistance
All services are customized according to approved invoices, quotations, proposals, written agreements, or service communications.
Any service not explicitly listed in writing is considered outside the project scope and may require additional fees.
2. WHITE LABEL SERVICES
Artech Concepts may provide services on a white label basis for agencies, consultants, resellers, marketing firms, developers, designers, or third-party providers.
Under white label arrangements:
* The Client may resell, present, or deliver services under their own brand name
* Artech Concepts may operate as an undisclosed subcontractor or production partner
* The Client remains solely responsible for their own customer relationships, representations, contractual obligations, legal compliance, and service delivery commitments made to their end clients
Artech Concepts shall not be responsible for:

White label Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Artech Concepts from any third-party claims arising from services resold, rebranded, or represented under the Client’s business.
3. THIRD-PARTY AGENCY & PLATFORM RELATIONSHIPS
Certain projects may involve collaboration with:

* Acquire domains, hosting, Wix plans, or external services when requested
* Configure SEO, GEO, analytics, cookies banners, AI systems, accessibility tools, and integrations
* Purchase third-party services under the Client’s authorization when necessary
Ownership of domains, hosting accounts, subscriptions, and external platforms remains the Client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Client is solely responsible for:
* Renewals
* Subscription payments
* Hosting fees
* Domain ownership
* Third-party operational costs
* Ongoing platform maintenance
5. WIX, HOSTING & REACTIVATION FEES
Artech Concepts may assist Clients with Wix-related services, domains, hosting, and integrations as an authorized intermediary.
However:
* Wix fees are separate from Artech Concepts services
* The Client is solely responsible for renewals and subscription payments
* Failure to maintain active services may result in website suspension or interruption
If services require restoration due to expiration, suspension, failed payment, or disconnection, Artech Concepts reserves the right to charge:
* Reconnection fees
* Reactivation fees
* Administrative recovery fees
* Emergency restoration fees
Minimum reactivation fee: $100.00 USD.
6. SEO, GEO & DIGITAL VISIBILITY DISCLAIMER

DEPOSITS & INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS

WIX, HOSTING & REACTIVATION FEES
Artech Concepts may assist Clients with Wix-related setup, hosting configuration, domain connections, and platform integrations as an authorized intermediary.
If services become suspended, disconnected, expired, or inaccessible due to:
* Failed payments
* Expired subscriptions
* Hosting interruptions
* Domain expiration
* Platform non-renewal
the Client shall remain responsible for:
* All third-party renewal costs
* Outstanding platform balances
* Reactivation-related expenses
Artech Concepts reserves the right to charge:
* Reconnection fees
* Reactivation fees
* Administrative recovery fees
* Emergency restoration fees
Minimum reactivation fee: $100.00 USD.
CLIENT APPROVALS & FINAL DELIVERABLES
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables, designs, content, branding materials, websites, and related services before final publication or release.
Approval of work constitutes acceptance of the deliverables as presented.
Once final approval is provided:
* Additional revisions may incur additional fees
* Refund requests related to approved work may be denied
* Published or delivered materials may be considered finalized
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
The Client agrees not to initiate fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks, payment reversals, or billing disputes for services that have been:

* Approved
* Partially completed
* In active production
* Strategically developed
* Customized for the Client
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Artech Concepts reserves the right to:
* Suspend services
* Restrict website access
* Remove hosted materials
* Revoke licenses or access
* Pursue collections
* Recover administrative costs
* Recover legal fees where permitted by law
Project records, approvals, invoices, communications, drafts, and deliverables may be used as evidence in billing disputes.
LATE PAYMENTS
Outstanding balances not paid within the agreed timeframe may result in:

* Suspension of services
* Restricted access to deliverables
* Administrative fees
* Collection actions where permitted by law
Artech Concepts reserves the right to refuse future services for accounts with unresolved balances or repeated payment issues.
PRINTING, CUSTOM PRODUCTS & SPECIAL ORDERS
Payments related to printing services, custom products, specialty orders, production materials, or third-party manufacturing expenses may become non-refundable once production has been approved or initiated.
Artech Concepts is not responsible for delays, damages, pricing changes, or production limitations caused by third-party print vendors or manufacturers.
CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Either party may request cancellation of active services through written notice.
Upon cancellation:

* Previously completed phases or approved work remain non-refundable
