By engaging the services of Artech Concepts ("Service Provider") and using the Artech Concepts website (www.artechconcepts.com), you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all projects and the use of our Website as specified in corresponding invoices or service orders.

1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider offers graphic design, web content creation, and digital solutions tailored to the Client's needs. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Logo creation

  • Marketing materials development

  • Web design (utilizing platforms like Wix)

2. Authorization for External Services

For web design projects, the Client authorizes the Service Provider to:

  • Acquire domain names, hosting, and website-building services through Wix or similar platforms.

  • Purchase any necessary third-party services under the Client's name.

Upon project completion:

  • All administrative access credentials for domains, hosting, and related services will be transferred to the Client.

  • Ownership of all services will be fully transferred, including control of renewals or cancellations.

The Client accepts responsibility for ongoing maintenance, subscription renewals, and any related expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Website Access and Linked Sites

  • Access to the Artech Concepts Website is permitted on a temporary basis. Artech Concepts reserves the right to amend or withdraw Website services without notice. We are not liable for any unavailability of the Website.

  • This Website may include links to external websites not operated by Artech Concepts. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for these sites. Use of external sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

4. Orders and Specifications

To ensure efficient service delivery:

  • Orders must be complete, detailed, and submitted via a single communication channel (email, text message, or WhatsApp).

  • Any missing or unclear information must be specified by the Client in advance to avoid delays.

5. Payment Terms

  • A separate invoice will be issued for each project.

  • Full payment is required in advance before work begins.

  • Payment signifies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

  • Upon placing an order, payment authorizations may be required.

6. Revisions and Modifications

  • Clients may request changes to completed designs within a specified timeframe.

  • Minor revisions will be completed promptly.

  • Significant changes that impact the project timeline may incur additional charges. In such cases, the Service Provider reserves the right to:

    • Charge for the additional time required; or

    • Decline further work and refund the payment received for the project.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of all deliverables transfers to the Client upon full payment.

  • All intellectual property rights for content on the Website remain the property of Artech Concepts. Content is for personal use only and cannot be repurposed commercially without authorization.

  • The Service Provider retains the right to showcase work in their portfolio unless otherwise requested in writing.

8. Liability and Indemnity

  • By using the Website or services, you agree to release Artech Concepts from any claims or damages arising from such use.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to services or Website use.

  • You agree to indemnify Artech Concepts against liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from misuse of the Website or services.

By making a payment for any project or service, or by accessing the Website, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions outlined above. This acknowledgment serves as a legally binding agreement between the parties.
